Colorado Springs District 11
Let me say, my children attend school in District 11. We like our kids elementary school and we like the district. This district is the largest school district in Colorado Springs. It covers schools from the far
south to the north side of Colorado Springs.
As the oldest school district in Colorado Springs, District 11 has enjoyed a distinguished history of providing excellent education to the greatest number of students

Academy District 20
School District Twenty, located in one of the fastest growing areas on the north end of Colorado Springs, consist of 16 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, 5 high schools and one charter school. Academy District Twenty
offers choice schools that are open to students throughout the district. The choice schools offer a focus on a certain curriculum while still offering a strong basis in the core academics.

Harrison School District 2
Harrison School District 2 serves the south/southeast part of Colorado Springs. Harrison School District 2 offers 13 elementary schools, 3 middle schools and 3 high schools. The history of Harrison School District Two began
with its official organization on August 20, 1874, two years before Colorado became a state and three years after the city of Colorado Springs was founded.

Cheyenne Mountain School
District 12
Cheyenne Mountain School District 12 is located in the southwest part of Colorado Springs. District 12 includes 3 early intervention preschools, 6 elementary schools, 1 junior high school, 1 high school and a K-8 charter
school. Cheyenne Mountain School District 12 was selected as one of the top 100 school districts in the nation in 2000.

Widefield School District 3
The Widefield School District 3 serves the areas southeast of
Colorado Springs to include Widefield, Security and portions of
Fountain. The district was originally organized in 1874. It currently
has nine K-6 elementary schools, a K-5 public choice school, three
junior high schools grades 7-8, two high schools and an alternative high
school.

The Fountain-Fort Carson School District serves the City of Fountain,
Fort Carson Military Installation and Rock Creek Township. It has 6
elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 2 high schools. For more

Falcon School District 49
Falcon School District 49 covers the eastern edge of Colorado Springs
to Falcon and operates on a year-round schedule. There are seven
elementary schools, three middle schools and two high schools. District
49 also offers district residence a preschool for a fee. For more

Lewis Palmer District 38
Lewis Palmer District 38 is located in northern El Paso County
including the Tri-Lakes area of Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor and
Black Forest. It currently has 1 high school, 2 middle schools, 5

Manitou Springs School District 14
Manitou Springs School District 14 is located in the areas west of
Colorado Springs to include Manitou Springs, Cedar Heights, Cascade,
Chipita Park and Green Mountain Falls. The district has two elementary

Woodland Park School District RE-2
Woodland Park School District RE-2 was established in 1959 and it is
located in the northern half of Teller County in the upper Ute Pass
area. It currently has three elementary schools, one middle school and
