“What is Colorado Springs really like?” 

That is what we  were wondering when we relocated to Colorado Springs 10 years ago (February 5 2000 to be exact).

We were trying to decide what neighborhood to move into.  As part of that decision, we had to figure out the best schools for our kids.  We found that the information we needed was really hard to find.  We had to wade through many websites to find the information we were looking for.

The same thing happens when we plan a vacation.  We just don’t know where to find the best information to plan our trip.  We want information from people that have been there who can help us make realistic decisions about our trip.

.After doing a lot of research about this city, my wife and I decided to build a website that would help everyone learn about the Springs.   

Whether you are moving to Colorado Springs, planning a vacation, or already live here, we've created a site that will help you find your way around.  A site that answers your questions about Colorado Springs.

We still don't know everything about our city.   As we discover new parts of the city, we turn around and share it here.  This is a real-world guide to Colorado Springs.

This city guide is run by a family that actually lives here and not some major corporation.  If you have a question, we will answer it.  If you have an observation, we will respond to it.  We are a real family, with real children, that are really living and playing in this city.  Our goal is to share our discoveries with you.  We want to provide everyone short cut to getting to know the character of this city.
